Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017
A new console that rhymes with bitch13 Jan 2017
Finally, the console that allows us to play video games in all our favourite places: At the skatepark under the bridge, on the roof of our apartment complex, after B-ball with the boys - will be coming soon and the cost will surprise you.
The presentation held in Japan yesterday showcased the Switch console itself with the 3 different modes.
~ TV Mode: Play on your TV with the Switch in the dock.
~ Tablet Mode: Where you detach the Joy-Cons on the side on the tablet and play, you can give one to your friend to play 2 player games or use the Nintendo Pro Controller, It has a kickstand on the back of the tablet so you can play anywhere away from a TV.
~ Handheld mode: Where you can take it out with you on the go anywhere you like even play people online over Wifi.
But that will use battery life you say? Yes, it will, the Switch battery life will vary from game to game but Nintendo has said it will last Undocked for 2.5 hours to 6 hours. It will be able to be recharged without the dock thanks to rechargeable batteries and a micro-USB cable.
